Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you order from Smallside.

Because our items are produced and shipped on demand, all sales are final, with the following exceptions:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Items that arrive incorrect (wrong size or style sent)

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer size exchanges.

To ensure the best fit, please refer to the size guide provided on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds are only offered for:

• Damaged items

• Defective items

• Incorrect items received

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear
